Cancellation Policy:

  • Prior to 30 days from arrival, no penalty.
  • Deposit will be charged when cancellation has been sent and received from 29 to 15 days before arrival;
  • 50% due amount will be hold when cancellation has been sent and received between 14 and 7 days before arrival;
  • 100% of due amount will be hold when cancellation has been sent and received less than 7 days from arrival, in case of NO SHOW or anticipated departure.
